• Take day trips and explore areas of the state and determine what lifestyle you want, including: ​

  • Community amenities (shopping, medical facilities, lake, shoreline, downtown...)​

  • ​School systems​

  • ​Things to do... you want to pursue your passion close to where you will be living!​

• Tour properties with Joel​ that meet your needs and find a place you love!​​

Be prepared to make an offer (financially and mentally)​

• It's a sellers' market, especially for properties with great amenities (lake/ocean access, golf and tennis communities...)​

  • You need to be ready to have Joel put forth an offer on your behalf quickly, once you find a place you love!​

  • Joel will provide suggestions to enable your offer to stand out from the rest.
